TOM! He was fantastic! Throughout the entire service, including over Christmas week, he answered all my questions, queries and phone calls, texts and emails. ( I’m so impatient and like to know everything haha) He got me an amazing outcome! And a fast outcome! I had found “the one” and Tom made sure It was coming home with me!
Tom made everything extremely easy on my end! And I couldn’t be happier!!

Just a quick note to tell people how happy I was with the whole experience.From the start, James was a pleasure to deal with.He explained the whole process and nothing was to hard.From the first email to driving away was less than a week and within the budget.During the Covid 19 meant I could sit at home and look at the best options emailed to me and just test drive the one car I liked and then buy.So easy and would totally recommend eCarz and Iā€™m sure I will use them again.
