I engaged eCarz because I had little time to do the running around involved with both selling/trading my prior vehicle in and purchasing a new one.
From the initial contact with Jason he exhibited a ridiculously high interest in assisting, hearing what my needs were, keeping me regularly updated and working to the specifications I requested.
Jason promised me %100 efffort to achieve a positive outcome for me. He surpassed this promise every step of the way throughout the entire process. I quite genuinely cannot rate highly enough my experience with the eCarz group.
I will continue to be more than comfortable keeping my business with eCarz for my next trade in and purchase for many years to come.

When searching for a car I wasn’t looking for a car broker, and to be honest I didn’t even know they existed, but I’m so glad I stumbled across Jason at ECarz. Buying a second hand car can be risky, and it is hard to know who you can trust. I’d been looking on carsales.com and knew what I liked, but hadn’t had the best experience dealing with the sellers. It was becoming quite painful and most had an inflated idea of what their car was worth. Then one night I sent an online enquiry about a car I liked in Brisbane, and it happened to be with ECarz. From the very first phone call with Jason I had a good feeling, and he made everything so effortless. The car I found was an hours drive from me, and Jason understood that it was difficult for me to organise things from afar, especially when I work full time. He made things so easy, giving me a tour of the car via FaceTime, even pointing out some of the very minor damages upfront which I thought was exceptionally honest. All the paperwork was handled, transfers competed, and even delivery to my house on the Sunshine Coast. I never even saw the car myself, or met Jason in person. And yet, the car arrrived as promised, on time, and in immaculate condition. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received, including the brilliant communication and reassurance throughout the entire process. I will definitely be calling Jason next time one of our family needs a car. Thank you so much.
